Teen Volunteer Program at U-M Health System
Description:
The U-M Health System Teen Volunteer Program is a great place for young people to learn about different health care careers, develop new skills and serve people in need. Teens 16 years of age and older are invited to explore opportunities in Hospitality Services (refreshment cart); Information Services (wayfinding); Gifts of Art (art cart), Physical Therapy and Pediatrics.
The program requires a minimum commitment of six-weeks, 2-4-hours per week for the summer (June-August). Teens have the option of extending their commitment. For additional information, call (734) 936-4327 or visit http://www.med.umich.edu/volunteer.
