Description:
MPulse Ann Arbor is a summer performing arts phenomenon on the UM campus carrying high school students from around the world to exciting new levels of excellence in music performance, music technology, musical theatre, theatre, and dance. Approximately 200 MPulse participants study with distinguished UM School of Music, Theatre & Dance faculty for two or three weeks each summer while experiencing campus life in Ann Arbor.
The Clarinet Institute is an intensive session designed for the serious high school clarinetist. Daily instruction includes lessons on solo repertoire and chamber music collaborations with other MPulse sessions, as well as musicianship classes, master classes, and student recitals.
